I was born/raised in Washington and have lived in Gig Harbor for over 40 years. I have a wonderful wife (Adrienne) and 2 boys, Randy 29 years old and Justin 26 years old.
My hobbies include, BBQ/smoking food, brewing beer, growing hops, hunting, camping, traveling, boating (fishing/crabbing/shrimping), and spending time with my family.
Another passion I have is in Federal Managers Association, some wonder why and I wonder why not. What federal worker is not interest in our benefits, retirement, pay raises and our future? Nothings guaranteed and our benefits are slowly disappearing. FMA represents one of the largest, most active forces advocating for Federal workers rights in Washington D.C. with a full time group working for you. Any federal worker can help support our rights and again why wouldn’t you be interested? Any questions, feel free to ask.
My government employment started in 1994 at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard when I was hired by Shop 72 Riggers. I spent time with the recycling process of submarines to include many RC jacking’s to include ship-out for disposal. I joined Nuclear Reactor Servicing in 2002 and have been promoted up to Lead Shop Reactor Serving General Foreman. My duties were to lead critical Reactor Servicing work and to oversee all Nuclear Lifting and Handling operations during the planning, training, and execution of Reactor Servicing operations in three different Shipyards.
Recently I have accepted the position of C/350 Off-Hull Assistant Production Superintendent. I’m thankful for the opportunity, I look forward to adding to the team and what the future holds for all of us.
No Bad Days!
